awarded the Accredited Auctioneer, Real Estate (AARE)
designation by the Board of Trustee of the National
Auctioneers Association. |

Phillip is one of less
than 500 auctioneers throughout the United States and
Canada who have qualified for this designation. The
designation is awarded to auctioneers that successfully
complete an extensive education program, successfully
submit specialized reports and conduct the required
number of Real Estate Auctions. |

Educational course
topics include legal issues, financial analysis,
property transfer and case studies on the marketing of
residential, agricultural and commercial real estate.
The faculty is comprised of nationally recognized
auctioneers and professionals throughout the United
States and Canada who serve the real estate auction
industry. |
